Full Journal pdf2009-04-19 House Journal Page 1159 HJR 7 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1095) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(RES) Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to open the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil and gas exploration, development, and production. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 7(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 7(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 7(RES)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 7(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
